Unable to connect to EA servers in EA Sports FC 26 on PS5 (Saudi Arabia)
Dear EA Sports FC 26 Team,
I have been experiencing the following error for the past week when trying to access online features in EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5: “In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect”
I have tried almost everything to fix it, but nothing has worked: PlayStation Network and PlayStation Plus are working normally (I can play other online games without issues).
All software and game updates are installed.
I am using a stable fiber connection with a LAN (wired) connection.
I have also tested with different Wi-Fi hotspots.
Console has been restarted multiple times, including safe mode cache clear where possible.
No account bans or restrictions on my side.
Other online games and services work fine — the problem is specific to FC 26.This issue started about a week ago and has completely prevented me from playing any online modes (including Ultimate Team, Clubs, etc.).I am located in Saudi Arabia and many other players in the Middle East/Gulf region have reported similar connection and server sign-in problems recently.
Could you please investigate this on your end and provide a solution or workaround? Any help or update on a possible fix would be greatly appreciated.
