every time since last night i try to play online i cannot connect to servers so what can i do

On 3/2/26, I was falsely banned on EA FC 26 for cheating. My account was compromised and I provided proof.
I was later unbanned on 3/12/26.
Since then I have not been able to access ultimate team. Originally, my suspension duration was 28 days after the message was sent. So on 3/30/26 at 12:14PM i should have access.
But no, I still am not able to login to ultimate team and I have contacted support countless times and no help has been provided/useful,
EA, I am please asking for you guys to fix my account, I have not been able to login into ultimate team for 20 days now.
Its telling me i am unable to connect to EA servers
