Unable to connect to EA servers

i am on Xbox one , I downloaded fc26 and got gamepass but everytime I try to click on clubs I get the error that it is unable to connect to the ea servers. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I have tried different connections and still the same error message. Kindly advise

Hey IIIVuil_Kleva sorry to see that you are having issues.

There are no ongoing issues on the game side so this would point to a network or ISP issue.

Generally, this is a result of network or connection-related issues so no harm in taking a look here and trying the various steps to improve your connection. It's important to remember that connection issues do not mean your network is down, you can still be online and have issues due to bandwidth.

But if you continue to see issues, let us know and we will take it from there.

For some reason turning of 2FA works, but now my account isn't secure. I added a secondary email to combat this but it did work

After a live chat I had with an agent - it turns out it is an issue on their end and they are working on it. They don’t have an ETR though

Maybe you can assist me with this issue rather, I don’t need to play clubs but I get the error that my season pass is currently unavailable, how do I fix that?

Hi Darko,
i have changed networks completely and am still experiencing the same issue, I changed my DNS settings as well and that did not work. I don’t think it’s worth even contacting my ISP as I’ve used two separate isp’s and still have the same issue.
I tried to reinstall the game and still the same issue. Is there anything else? As mentioned it’s only clubs that does not want to work, everything else works on my end
