Unable to connect to FC26 server

A lot of players from Hong Kong stated that they are not able to connect to EA server since UTC+8 Feb 21 afternoon. Players are unable to assess to Ultimate Team, saying “you have lost your online connection. Check your home network…….”, while we keep checking the internet connections are fine and connection to PS network from console is good.

We can access online function from other games but FC26. We also contact with our nework service provider, but no perfect solution is given by them yet. We believe the problem is caused between EA and the network provider. PLEASE HELP TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    Location: Hong Kong

    I’ve been unable to connect to the EA servers on PS5 since 21 Feb 2026, 15:00 HKT, and the issue is still ongoing as of 23 Feb 2026, 13:02 HKT.

    Steps tried (all unsuccessful):

    • NAT Type 2, DNS set to 8.8.8.8
    • Safe Mode → Clear Cache
    • Tried mobile hotspot (did not work)
    • PS5 network test successful
    • Completely reinstalled FC26 on PS5
    • All other online games on PS5 are working fine

    The Companion App logs in perfectly, and all Ultimate Team data is visible.

    My EA account is clearly not banned, so this might require a backend reset. I need a quick fix, as there are several time-limited objectives to complete in Ultimate Team mode.

  • I am having the same problem, would EA please response to us, please do not just past some useless link to us.
