Unable to connect to server

Hi, I am always playing on Offline mode. I am unable to connect to EA servers at all. Please do something about it thank you. The attached shows my connectivity report.

I need to report these issues please.
Input lag and slow movement of players in rivals. Stadium shadows still appears even after Turing it off. Camera view won't change even after selecting different settings it's still the same.
