Hey Ronaldorito,
Are you seeing that link within an error message in-game? If so, it sounds like you might be experiencing some connectivity difficulties. Please give our connection troubleshooting steps a try, especially the step on changing your DNS, and test with a mobile hotspot to see if there's any improvement.
Feel free to also check out our Connection Quality Report for more insights on your connection, as that'd provide a more specific snapshot of your network.

Nope it didn’t work even cleared caches deleted data and reinstalled game, on the game i get a message saying too verify by sending code too email or phone number, I get the code sent I enter the code press continue and it doesnt let me I spam the continue button and it does not work, no bans, no suspension , no nothing and no history of bans or suspensions either

Ronaldorito Thanks for the update! Could you upload a picture of the error message? And at what point does that message appear?
Have you tried using a mobile hotspot to launch the game and get through the verification process? Do also make sure all conflicting background applications are closed.

My WiFi is perfectly fine because I loaded up fc on 3 different accounts and it works perfectly fine
