Unable to enter Ultimate Team after Gauntlet Cup black screen

Hello everyone.

 

I have been unable to access Ultimate Team for 3 days.

 

The problem started after trying to enter a Gauntlet Cup match. The game got stuck on a black loading screen for several minutes, so I had to close it using Alt+F4.

 

Since then:

 

EA FC 26 connects to EA servers normally.

 

Clubs mode works online without any issues.

 

Companion App works perfectly (I can manage my squad, use the transfer market, complete SBCs and open packs).

 

However, every time I select Ultimate Team, the game tries to connect for 1–2 seconds and then displays:

 

"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

 

I have already tried:

 

Reinstalling the game.

 

Deleting my personal profile.

 

Resetting online squads.

 

Flushing DNS cache.

 

Creating a new squad.

 

None of these steps fixed the issue.

 

I suspect that my Ultimate Team session may have become stuck after the game was force-closed during the Gauntlet Cup loading screen.

 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, was it resolved by EA resetting the Ultimate Team session or was there another solution?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Update: I managed to fix the issue. The problem was caused by one of my Ultimate Team squads. I deleted all my squads in the Companion App, created a new active squad, waited a few minutes, and then I was able to enter Ultimate Team again. Hopefully this helps anyone experiencing the same issue after a Gauntlet Cup black screen.

    "It's for EA FC 26. Same here — after trying to log into UT, it doesn't let me into the Web App right away, but the Companion App works fine after about 30 minutes.

  • I am currently facing the same issue and i can't connect with web app. It says i am still connected on the game on an other device. Some people suggest to wait but it's already been a couple of hours and i'm starting to worry
