Unable To Move Players In Ultimate team matches

My controller works fine throughout the menus but as soon as I try to play in a match I cannot move my players at all or do anything quite frankly, this has made me unable to play the game and making my rivals progress spiral and plummeting my dnf multiplyer. I hope this issue can be resolved soon because at this current time I am unable to play the game in its current state.
