Unable to play fc online

on my xbox series x although i’m connected to the internet and every other game works it won’t connect to the servers and shows “you have lost your connection.” message this also happened to me for years on the 2023 version aka FIFA 23

Hey there. Sorry to hear you can't connect. Let's see if power cycling your equipment helps. Please follow these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power it all up and try playing again
