Unable to play online (PC)

Even after the patch, I still can't play any online gamemode except Rush. Each time I try to start an online game, players move for the first minutes and then nothing, they don't answer to any input. I tried to edit the VSync (Yes, No, 25%, 50%), lower to the bare minimum all the graphics settings, change the Hz (I have a 165hz monitor, I tried ALL), lower the FPS or set to unlimited, but still nothing.

My PC fulfills the requirements to run it at recommended settings.
