Has anyone faced the problem where the game only runs normally on windowed display, but becomes laggy in game even in offline kick off mode when the display is on full screen or borderless?
Keep in mind my graphic card is RTX 3070ti and the game should run more than smoothly

I fixed it ony my own: Try to manually put your laptop on gaming mode so that the laptop will be working on full capacity with the graphics card. I think what's happening is that FC 26 is not being recognized as a game, and therefore the game was running on the CPU. Give it a try!
