When I click on the game icon on my PlayStation menu to open the game it says the app or game can’t be started so I can’t play

EAFC26 PC CRASH
I bought the game on Steam and installed it. I started playing in career mode, but it keeps kicking me out of the game without specifying an error code. The EaSports screen opens and the game closes....

Since latest patch (on PC) FC26 crashes out from manager career mode (to desktop) whenever you try and change a youth players position or developement plan relating to a new position.
