UNABLE TO PLAY UT FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW!!🤬

I am sick of this issue for last 1 month i have missed multiple promotions and as soon as my team got a little better to play with but **bleep** your servers i am not even able to login in one go, if i do then i csnt see half of the content it keeps lagging, keeps kicking me out from ultimate team and not just matches but from the menu, sbc, store or just randomly from anywhere. Objectives dont load its a Royal **bleep** up and not gettimg resolved and i am about lose my fifa points yoo tjat i invested in premium pass, already losing on the game time. i hardly get due to work and this is now becoming the worst FIFA experience of all time and by the time yiu guys will fix it, i will lose out on massive content the last it work a little was during black friday and since that day its been a complete disaster, you as a brand should **bleep** compe sate us we spend thousands of bucks to buy this premium edition and what not just for the game to stop working after a month or 2 and then you **bleep** lose the grip of it, whats the point of being loyal with you guys if you cant even serve yiur consumers right with good servers & updates!! This is utter **bleep**.

That attachment includes just a min of video while i am stuck on this screen the whole time i type this text and found this page to report this issue so thats almost 15 mins, & i have 200mbps wifi speed, havent been able to play a single match in the past one week 

Cmon EA **bleep** FIX THIS ISSUE, I AM SICK OF IT, We want bloody compensation if not anything give me my fifa points back that i spend on premium season pass that i wont be able to complete anyway without playing the game .

I have even reinstalled the game what else to do !!!
