Unable to process my request

I just won my rival game 10-9 and the final whistle went and my players ran off celebrating and then my screen went black and said the ea servers are unable to process my current request yet again later so I logged back on to see the disconnection warning screen and i didn’t get the win I was also on a hot streak too.
