Unable to purchase premium season pass with FC Points

Can anyone help me out my son is unable to purchase the premium season pass despite having 1000 FC Points - I’m tearing what’s left of my hair out trying to fix it. Done the troubleshooting 2FA switch off / resetting Xbox etc and nothing working

 

based in UK if that makes any difference

    Getting the same issue with my son. Unable to purchase despite having available FC Points. Also based in the uk.
