Unable to sell player for months.........

Hello I have not been able to sell players on the transfer market for more then 90 days,

I've contacted support multiple times about this issue and cannot get help they just tell me wait 24/48 hours and I have done so 3 or 4 times without accessing the market at all and my timer will not reset, I took a 2 week break from this game when the issue first happened and it still did not reset the 24 hour timer. Then I was given access to the transfer market on my phone and was told to try it on their while I was not not connected to my home wifi, I waited another 80 Hours before trying again and it still did not reset my sell timer, I am able to buy players but cannot sell.
