Unable to start EAFC 26

Anyone having similar troubles on XBox series S? I downloaded the game, it brings up the EAFC 26 in color. The colors changes to a blurry black and white and I then I get a black screen with the loading logo on the bottom, also in blurry black and white. I press the A button and can hear clicks and at some point I can hear robotic voice saying something unclear. I’ve done the following to try and fix

delete and reinstall

Clear cache

restart xbox

delete the game, got a refund, then downloaded the trial version which produces similar results
