You've mentioned the game shuts off without warning - is that just before the crash, or are you seeing any error messages once you're back on your desktop?

If you're not seeing any errors at all and the game just isn't launching, that's typically a sign of some other program or process conflicting with the game and preventing it from starting up. You mentioned trying steps already, but please be sure you've gone through these steps specifically. This is most often overlay programs (Discord, Gamebar, Overwolf, etc.), security programs, or even things like certain peripheral or hardware monitoring software. 

If you're still not able to get in after going through those steps, a full clean boot of the system should help temporarily disable anything else that may be conflicting.

Please check those links to make sure there aren't any other steps you haven't already tried. After that point if you're still running into the same thing, please attach a Dxdiag so we can get a bit more information as to what may be causing this, thanks!
