I got the same problem. Im on Vodafone in germany and this problem is only happening for me on Pro Clubs. Any other mode is working fine. See my post here with screenshots.
Even if this would be because of the ISP then this should be handled between EA and most of the ISP's in germany. We cannot do anything about this.
If i look at the scenario its pretty specific and probably the same for the others here: im playing with friends from the same region but they are from Netherlands, none is having these lagg problems. They are on PS5. Im in germany and have Vodafone. Im the only having these problems. Its happening on 80% of the matches. This is not normal. I probably connect to a US server while my friends are connected through EU.
EA please contact the ISP's in Europe (mainly in Germany i think) and resolve this problem.
