Unfair Loss After Disconnection at Equalizing Goal
I am writing to formally protest an unfair match result in an FC26 online match (Nintendo Switch version).
In this match, I scored an equalizing goal late in the game (around the 85th minute), making the score 2–2. At the exact moment the goal was scored, a connection disconnection occurred. Despite the match being level at that point, the result was recorded as a loss on my side.
This handling is extremely unfair. A legitimately scored goal immediately before a disconnection should not result in an automatic loss. Especially in the closing stages of a match, such a decision completely disregards fair play and the player’s effort.
I request a clear explanation of the criteria used to determine match results when a disconnection occurs immediately after a goal, how goal synchronization is handled in such situations, and whether there are plans to improve this system to prevent similar incidents in the future.
