UNPLAYABLE AFTER PATCH ON PC

Before this last patch the game used to be bad already on pc with the controlller input getting stuck,and being unresponsive in certain sitations, After the patch they "fixed it" but made it worse adding an input delay game is unplayable tried champs to go 4-11 because of this stupid input delay, Cant believe I spent 100$ on this
