Connection is unplayable

EA, I really want to play this game but whenever I play any online game mode my ping will sit at 20 in the lobby but once in the actual game it will jump around between 400-1000. I can play any other game online (including other EA titles) with no connection issue. I've tried resetting my wifi and reinstalled the game, still having the same issue. Please give me a solution, I know my wifi is not the issue here.
