Unplayable heavy gameplay even at 3 AM

My players turn like trucks the gameplay is awful if they dont fix it before my EA Play Pro expires, Im done with this game... During the day, it is impossible to play, the players move like they are on ice, the delay is so bad that it becomes unplayable. At least I was able to play after midnight, but now I cannot even do that.
