Unreceived missing in-game rewards

I finished Asia & Oceania objectives on the night of June 23, but only partial rewards were delivered. One critical reward is missing and blocks my full objective completion:

I fully completed the Little Tim sub-objective under Perfect Volley challenge, but the corresponding reward — Fantasy FC Hero Cahill — never arrived in my Ultimate Team. Without this player, I cannot finish the full Asia & Oceania set objective.

I have fully troubleshooted: restarted PS5, re-logged UT, played full matches to sync progress, checked unclaimed rewards, packs and quick sell recovery bin. The card was not discarded or quick-sold. It has been more than 24 hours without reward delivery.

Please check my objective completion log and inform me the exact timeline for reissuing Hero Cahill card, so I can finish the Asia & Oceania objectives. Kindly update me the case processing time.😫
