Unstable Connection with Severe Lags

I am constantly facing unstable connection with severe lags in all the online game modes (seasons, FUT rivals). I have played FC 24 before and have never faced this issue. 

My ping stays between 30-70. In all other games and previous versions of FC games, it never caused me much problem but this time, playing is impossible with such lags.
