    After ending the chat session, I login 10minutes later and magically able to connect as usual.

    how do you do a live chat with ea? i cant find it on ea help anywhere.

      I could not find it for more than 5 days as well until I went to their EA Help page and submitted a case that my account could have been hacked. After submitting the case, the "Contact an EA Advisor" popped up on the page.
