I am writing again to follow up on my account suspension, which I reported 17 days ago.
Your official support website states that reviewing these cases takes a maximum of 10 days, and "sometimes a little longer." I have now been waiting 17 days—this is significantly beyond your own stated timeframe. I have received no resolution or any substantive update, and this lack of response is causing significant problems.
I must reiterate in the strongest possible terms: I have never used any cheats, exploits, or third-party software that violate EA’s Terms of Service. I have always played fairly, and this suspension is a clear and demonstrable mistake.
This situation has become extremely frustrating. While I wait for your team to investigate, I am being treated like any other cheater, which is unacceptable. I am forced to watch as all my friends continue to play and progress, while I am unjustly locked out.
Because of this delay—which violates your own response time standards—I am losing valuable daily rewards, missing out on time-limited events, and forfeiting significant in-game progress.
Furthermore, I have spent a considerable amount of money on this account. As a loyal, paying customer, I expect a fair and timely investigation. This prolonged silence, far exceeding your promised response time, feels completely disrespectful.
I demand that my case be escalated immediately. Please conduct a thorough review of my account logs to confirm that this ban is an error.
I require this incorrect suspension to be lifted as soon as possible so I can regain access to the games and content I have paid for. My patience is wearing thin.
