User vibration feedback not working

Title says everything i’ve tried to but it on enhanched but nothing works! Any tips? I would like to play with the vibrations but my controller doesnt vibrate. Only in eafc26 in 25 it does.

FPS drop every time I play
Everytime I load up a game after the first half my frames drop to about 10 fps and has a 2 second delay, this has been going on since I first got the game, im on PC.
