Waiting on Studio

First of all, hello, I bought FC 26 on Steam. I was very impatient for the game, but my EA account was stolen. I contacted EA support and they helped me. I recovered my account, but they told me that there would be a restriction on my account for security reasons, there was nothing to worry about. I appealed. My appeal is pending with the message "Waiting on Studio". I have two days left to return the game. I started my appeal on September 18th and the situation is like this. Can someone with authority help me or is there anything I can do at this step?
