Request for Compensation for Unexpected Loss in FUT Draft

Dear EA Support,

I was playing a FUT Draft match on 11-12-2025 and was leading 2-0 when my opponent unexpectedly left the game. To my surprise, I did not receive a win, but instead was assigned a loss.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but I hope you can review this situation and consider providing compensation for the loss I received unfairly.
