web app login issue

just switched from ps5 to pc and linked the same acct to my pc but i have been unable to lig into web app on any of my laptop browser but still able to log in on my mobile broswers

what to do?

    Hello ristain-10​ ,

    Switching from PS5 to PC on the Web app should be possible if the two personas are on the same EA account.

    You mentioned playing on PS5... Could you start FC26 on the console and go to Personalize > Online Settings > EA account. The email displayed there should be the correct one. I just wanted to make sure you are using the correct account.

    ☝️this step is important.

    If that didn't work, could you share a screenshot of the error you are getting ?

    yes, its the same email. I don't get any error message while trying to log in on the web app.....I put in my details the page refreshes and just takes me back to the login screen, it's like a login loop

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    Could you attempt using a different network or check if you use a VPN ?

    I know somebody having similar problem because they use internet from work. Some security settings could prevent access.

    You could also attempt the usual clear cookies and cache from your browser to see if it helps.
