Where are my coins ?

On the morning of March 18th, I made a transfer offer for the Ekitike (FutBirthday Promo) card through the app. The app crashed and I couldn't access it for a while. Later, the transfer offer disappeared from the app, the card wasn't in my club, and my coins weren't refunded.
