Wrongful Ban on My EA FC 26 Account – Need Urgent Review
Hello EA Team and Community,
I’m writing here because I have been unfairly banned from all online features of EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC. I’ve already contacted the Terms of Service team several times, but I keep receiving the same automated response saying that I “violated the User Agreement” without any proof or detailed explanation.
I requested and reviewed my EA Data file, which includes all logs and connection details. After carefully checking every line, there is absolutely no record of any third-party software, abnormal access, or cheating activity from my side.
I have played Ultimate Team for years and never used any external tools or scripts. I was banned without a single warning, and despite sending 5 different appeals, I only received the same generic email response each time — no human review, no explanation, and no transparency.
EA’s system seems to have made an error, and it’s extremely unfair that legitimate players are losing years of progress and purchases because of false automated detection.
I ask EA to re-investigate my account manually and provide clear evidence of any alleged violation.
It’s not acceptable that customers who spend hundreds of hours and money on the game are treated like cheaters without proof.
Please, take a serious look at this issue. I’m sure there are many other innocent players facing the same situation.
