Wrongful Permanent Ban – Broken Appeal System, Conflicting Emails

I am posting here because I have run out of options and I am hoping a Community Manager or someone from EA can help look into this properly.
What happened
Out of nowhere, I received a permanent ban for coin distribution. I have had this account since 2014 with no warnings or suspensions. Two days later, I received a second email for a completely different reason, saying my account was using an unofficial or modified client and removing access to the Companion App. These two reasons contradict each other, which makes me think something went wrong on EA’s side.
What I was actually doing
Right before the ban, I bought around 5000 FC Points from the official store. I opened packs, sold the players, and used the coins to complete the Cambiaso SBC (about 40k), complete an Icon SBC (about 80k), and buy two players worth around 60k each. I did all of this within about an hour. My guess is that the quick movement of coins triggered an automated flag, but everything was earned legitimately.
The appeal system failed completely
This is my biggest issue. When I tried appealing through the official ban appeal page, the form did not work. Every time I entered my details and clicked submit, it gave an error message. I tried multiple browsers and devices and the same thing happened every time. I was literally unable to submit an appeal. After this i attempted to directly email ToS, however my email was blocked by the receiver and never made it through
What support told me
I contacted Live Chat. The advisor told me there is a known technical glitch preventing appeals from being submitted, that advisors cannot escalate ban cases, and that the ban team cannot be contacted directly. He tried to report the technical issue, but the ban itself could only be handled through the appeal system, which I cannot access.
What happened after
I eventually managed to create a normal support case, but not a real ban appeal. This only resulted in another generic message confirming the ban. It did not look like a human reviewed anything.
Why I am posting here
I do not want a refund and I am not looking for compensation. I only want a fair manual review of my account. At the moment it feels like an automated system banned me, a technical issue is stopping me from appealing, and there is no way to reach the team who made the decision.
I am hoping someone from EA can forward this to the correct team. I can provide purchase history, account history, FC Point timestamps, bank proof, and anything else needed.
I have had this account for 10 years and have always played fairly. I just want a real review.
