You're definitely welcome to submit a new appeal as you've done in this case if you feel that outcome was incorrect, and a different member of the ToS team will take another look at the situation. also thank you for letting me know about the templates. I just don't know why I am being accused of buying/selling coins when my total balance has stayed around the same. It really makes no sense and its super disheartening
