Xbox Controller vibrates continuously

I have FC26 on EA Play Pro, on PC using multiple xbox controllers, wireless and wired. The controller start vibrating then the game logs into the ea servers. I don't have the issue when offline. The only happens within the main menus. It display that a new input detected. When I browse to the setting menu and go into the game settings and disable the vibrating it does not work. When I browse the device setting menu it stops. I can then go into the main menu and play a game but when I get to the side selection menu it starts again. In the game I have no vibrating, when I am done plying its start vibrating again in the menus. I have tried different controllers, wired, wireless, firmware updates, reinstallations, removing services like razor, steam and all overlays. Does any have any idea? Is this an online bug or something? Thanks.
