XBOX ea play trial not working

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition on xbox and have ea play but when I go onto play through early access, it takes to me to a screen that says, "FC NEWS" "LEARN TO PLAY" and "UPGRADE."

I've restarted the game multiple times, uninstalled and installed again and restarted my console countless times in the past 12 hours but I still can't play even though it shows I am connected to the EA servers.
