Xbox Series X crash mid game

Question

I was playing the game consistently for a couple hours. At a random point in the second half of the early access tournament I received a brief bright green screen and then a full shutdown. Xbox Series X needed to manually be turned back on. This happened once in FC26 and once in FC26 Beta.&nbsp;

Why are your team not responding to the PC complaints on this forum!? We paid £89.99 and the game doesn't work at all! What are EA going to do about that to compensate us for not being able to play our ten hour trial and now the full game!&nbsp;

Hey JerdHunt​ generally a crash like this is system rather than game related.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or even taken a look at your console to ensure that the fans are not obstructed.
