Xbox Series X/S turns off mid game.

Question

Hello, I’m getting booted off FC26 randomly in games, can happen any time from the 1st minute to the 90th minute, the Xbox just shuts off, it’s only happening with FC26, no other games. I remember this being an issue on FC25 for some people however it’s happening to me often now, 5 games of rivals in total, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still having the same issue, if this persists I’ll have to demand a refund as it’s just making it unenjoyable.

any recommendations to stop this happening? It’s nothing to do with ventilation or overheating as it is literally only FC26.

Same here bro…. Facing the same problem over and over again. This is frustrating and annoying as we pre ordered the game to get some advantages. Tried to take help from ea but they couldn’t give any solutions yet.

I’ve looked on loads of forums and it seems like EA are unable to actually give an answer as to why it happens, it looks like I’ll be going for a refund. There is no point playing rivals / champs and getting booted off when winning in the last 10 minutes..&nbsp;

Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing this issue in FC24, FC25, and now in FC26. Many other players are facing the same problem. I’ve been contacting EA about it since FC24, but no solution has been provided. I would suspect it’s related to my Xbox Series S, but the issue only occurs in FC games — no overheating or problems with other titles. I’ve tried every possible fix, but nothing works unless EA decides to acknowledge the problem and provide a solution

Yeh you are totally right ,&nbsp; you should get a refund before it's too late , as ea refund policy aren't fair at all&nbsp;
