I’ve looked on loads of forums and it seems like EA are unable to actually give an answer as to why it happens, it looks like I’ll be going for a refund. There is no point playing rivals / champs and getting booted off when winning in the last 10 minutes..
Yeh you are totally right , you should get a refund before it's too late , as ea refund policy aren't fair at all
