latency issues

Question

I'm experiencing serious latency issues while playing EA FC 26. The in-game ping fluctuates between 300ms and 1400ms, making the game completely unplayable. However, when I ping regular websites, my latency is stable around 15ms and never exceeds 30ms. Other online games such as Counter-Strike 2.0 and Battlefield 1, 4, and 5 run smoothly without any lag.
I also tried using your latency testing tool, the EA Connection Quality Report, but it doesn’t work. It just keeps loading endlessly. I tested it in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, but the test never completed.
This situation is very frustrating, and I’m not sure how to proceed. I’ve already replaced my network card and reinstalled the game, but nothing has helped.

Hey popa149​ if seeing issues with connection I'd recommend going through the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/&nbsp;
Every game runs differently and if there is an issue with how your ISP is routing certain data then it may only be an issue in one place.

This really isn't resolved. I had no issues with EA FC 25. And now with the arrival of FC 26, there's suddenly a problem with the ISP? I don't believe my ISP was waiting for FC to change the network rules! And what about the utility for testing the connection? Why isn't the EA Connection Quality Report working — aren't you going to address that?
