"You have lost your connection"
EA i havent been able to play for hours please check my account it says i have no connection but play other online games fine. This happened yesterday aswell please help sort this.

Hello, I have also had the same issue and I'm pretty sure many other people are experiencing it as well, it keeps saying "you have lost your connection" i play on ps5 and this issue seems to have started since the update please help

Try power cycling your equipment with the following steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If that doesn't help, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!- Approved

Hi there, I have the same problem since last month. It seems asia server is really laggy. There's consistent "unstable connection" throughout gameplay. Then I can't connect to the ea server very often
