"You have lost your connection"

EA i havent been able to play for hours please check my account it says i have no connection but play other online games fine. This happened yesterday aswell please help sort this.

  • Unable to connect FC26 server every single night while FC25 is just working fine...

    Try power cycling your equipment with the following steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    If that doesn't help, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
