You have lost your online connection

For 2 days now I’ve been unable to play fc26. My WiFi works fine, my Xbox series x is connected to online features but every time I load fc26 it says:

“You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.” 

I have restarted the Xbox, I’ve also hard restarted it. I’ve turned it off and unplugged everything for 10 mins, also unplugging the wifi modem for 10 mins, but still the problem exists. I have tried every trouble shooting method possible but nothing works. I have paid for Xbox live, I have tested connections through settings and everything is okay. 

somebody please help as I am loosing my mind with this!

  • Ive been having the same issue since 5 days nw and its very frustrating. I've done all the trouble shooting and its still same thing. My fc25 logs in well but fc26 is worst. Im tired of this  game.
