region mismatch web app

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with FC Points not being credited to my account and I wonder if anyone has experienced something similar.

• EA Account region: Switzerland
• PlayStation Account region: Switzerland
• Platform: PS5
• Game: EA Sports FC 26 (Swiss region copy)
• FC Points purchase: Swiss PlayStation Store
• Purchase date: 27/09/2025
• Amount / quantity: 12,000 FC Points

I’m currently on vacation in Spain.

When I try to log into the Web App, I get a “region mismatch” error and the points are not showing up, even though EA, PSN, Store, and the game copy are all Swiss.

👉 Has anyone run into the same issue and found a solution?

Do I really need to be in Switzerland to make the points appear, or is there another fix?
