​Compensation Needed: Bugged 3x88+ Pack (Gold Rodri instead of 98)

​Hi EA,

I just completed and opened the 3x88+ Gold Players pack and received base Gold Rodri instead of his active 98 PTG promo version. Could you please investigate and issue the correct item?

​Platform: PS5 Pro

    Rodri isnt in packs, he was only in packs when PTG was out. You can only buy him or open PTG picks. He is not actively in packs or picks, same as UEFA Road to glory players.

    also, he isnt active. He is only being upgraded. He wil re-release into packs when all the others do. Even then, his card doesnt look that good
