Access Issue Resulting in Inability to Play Weekend League Matches
Hello,
Last night (date:26.01.2026), I was unable to access EA Sports FC 26 both via the mobile application and on my Xbox Series S console. Due to this access/connection issue, I could not log into the game at all.
As a result of this problem, I was unable to play my remaining 6 Weekend League (Champs) matches and was forced to finish at a much lower rank than I normally would. Since I experienced the issue simultaneously on multiple platforms, it is clear that this was not caused by user-side connectivity problems.
I kindly request that this technical issue and the resulting loss be reviewed, and if possible, that compensation be provided (such as Champs points, reward adjustment, or another suitable solution).
