Hello misson112​,

unfortuntaley, we cannot help you with account bans and hacks here in the forum - only the EA Support has access to accounts.

I would recommend that you first try and contact Support regarding the hack, so that you can secure your account. I'd then recommend you try to make an appeal through a different browser as that can help with the issue of a case not being created.
