I got wrongly transfer banned for buying live path to glory cards during a game and they went up in price . Have appealed multiple times and keep getting the stupid ai automated response. I cant appeal anymore now and im still wrongly banned . Why do EA only care about take money of people and not their players . Scum

I know you have already appealed a number of times but in situations like this all we on the forums can do is direct you to our appeals team.
While the team will use templates for uniformity in reply, all appeals are fully investigated by a human member of the team.

I can no longer appeal the ban as I have done it to many times . And the terms of service team is clearly an ai that just regurgitates the same message. You dont care about your customers. I spoke to a adviser on ea live chat and they looked at the trades and where able to tell me.i shouldn't have been banned
