how long do the ban appeals take? been stuck waiting on the studio for a week and nothing. Would take someone 10 seconds of looking at my account to see im clearly not cheating. is there 1 person manually reviewing all these appeals, ive seen some people say they have had to wait months.
I am in the same boat as you, bought few rare cards to try and flip them after. Found myself banned for coin transfer, The first Appeal was submitted 6:47pm got denied Before 8:AM (PT). Which shows that no real human being is checking and closing these appeals.
Dear EA , Case number: #235578146 my PlayStation account was banned for cheating, but cheating is not possible on console. I have never used any third-party software. Could you please review my case and lift the ban ? Please , Toty is starting. I have been saving packs for TOTY since the game was released, and every year I do a bulk pack opening. Please do not take away something I truly enjoy doing every year.

absolute embarrasement of an appeal system, send in a request and wait around while they take 6 weeks to do anything. no live chat no way of knowing how long is left. already missed most of TOTY. company is a joke
took 1-2 weeks for them to mass unban people last night on pc, now people are getting banned again after just regularly selling card on the market

While we can't really estimate how long an appeal takes, depending on a number of factors it can take a few days for our terms of service team to get back to you. You can always check the status of your case here, just be careful not to continue it as that will pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get back to you. You'll get an email when they've finished.
